FAQ

What are your delivery terms?

Items over 120cm (4ft) in length have a delivery premium of £33 due to being oversized. All other items have a flat rate fee of £3.59 per order.

Please allow 14 working days for delivery.

Choose from our range of fruit, vegetable, herb and shade loving plants. We also sell hand-made wood products for your garden.

How do you deliver plants?

We send out plants to you via Royal Mail First Class, orders are sent out at the beginning of each week to reduce time in transit. People are sometimes surprised that the plants can survive in the post. We make sure that they are trimmed and roots kept moist so that they are still alive when they reach you. Plants are trimmed to reduce respiration during transit and packed with a supply of water. If in the unlikely event your plant dies during delivery, please send us a photo and we will send a new one out immediately (or offer a refund).

How are you eco-friendly?

Returns

We cannot accept returns on live plants unfortunately, due to time spent in transit.

What do I do when I receive my order?

Please plant straight away in a cool, shaded place (even indoors) and keep well-watered. Move into final position once new growth starts.
